Hooking

                                          My House Sampler   Lori Brechlin

I have been working on this rug for a very long time. I don't know why I can't get it finished....probably because I put it down for long periods of time and do other things...you think? I like the colors...the pattern...I just can't get it done. Resolution...I will not hook anything new until this rug is finished.

I personalized the bottom space with our family name and the date we moved into our home. I'll be making time to pull some loops today...wish me luck.

                                                       Enjoy the day,
                                                           Robyn

  1. I LOVE that pattern - and you really don't have TOO much more to do - I think you'll get it finished up quickly without any problem - and I look forward to seeing it! Good luck!

  2. Robyn,
What a beautiful rug. But, I can see why you take breaks...it's very intricate. I love what you've done so far. You're so close to finishing. I can't wait to see it all the way done. What a work of art!

Your rug is truly lovely!!! Keep posting your progress so we can cheer you on! I had the same problem with a Magdalena Briner rug. It took me forever but I finally finished it!
Thank you for commenting on my blog so I could find you!
    Pug hugs :)
