4th of July?...already?

It's looking patriotic at my house these days. The folk artist in me is gearing up for the Fourth of July. The wonderful little shop that sells my wares will be having it's Summer Open House in early May. Antiques On Main will be decked out in red, white and blue, and it's front window will be full of wonderful primitive goodes.

I need to get sewing! I need to finish that rug! I need to get going on my Spring cleaning!
I need to get off the computer!

Thinking red, white, and blue here...even though I haven't gotten my bunnies out yet. I have, however, managed to nibble on a few chocolate eggs.

Gotta go sew!

Have a great week, but first...

Enjoy the day,
Robyn

  1. Beautiful! I think the mild winter we are having should make the warmth of Summer help you along with the patriotic sewing! Just don't melt any chocolate eggs in the process! lol!

  2. You just keep that spirit Missy - It's frigid and snowing here - and even that street of red, white, and blue houses can't make me muster up 4th of July spirit this morning! ;o) And, aha!! You do sell your hand-dids!! So.....what are the chances of us talking you into a selling blog or etsy???? ;o) Happy Monday my friend - hope you have a great new week! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

  5. Hi, Robyn,
So now I'm confused...is your shop in Florida or Old Town, Virginia?

    1. Hi Melinda,
The shop is called Antiques On Main, and it is in Dade City, Florida. The photo is of a beautiful row of early houses in Alexandria, Virginia, that happen to be red, white and blue.
      Thanks for visiting,
      Robyn
