Early morning views...

The sun coming through our front window cast some lovely shadows this morning.

I continue to stitch a bit here and there on HEIOTS. Some days I feel like I'm getting somewhere...other days, not so much.

Most importantly, I still enjoy stitching on this huge piece. I always feel better when a motif appears where there was plain linen the day before.

This long legged fellow dropped by to greet the day with us.

It's not unusual to see these guys walking around the neighborhood.  They move so slowly, but can take flight in an instant if need be.

The morning sun rays hit a favorite photo of mine. My girl giving her Ted a kiss. That little pucker gets me every time! I had this photo cut as a silhouette when a well known silhouette artist was in our area years ago. Where does the time go?

And speaking of silhouettes, this gent looks toward a new day.

Hope all is well.

Enjoy the day,

"A republic, if you can keep it." Benjamin Franklin

So proud of our friend Val Demings doing her job to uphold the Constitution of the United States in Washington D.C. Val is a past member of our Florida Bar Board of Governors family.
Val always had a smile and a hug for us when we saw her at meetings. She is a lovely time Orlando Police a Representative in the the U.S. House of Representatives...always our friend.

Morning, friends. We have been listening to the roar of jets scrambling out of MacDill Air Force Base, a.k.a. Central Command, since early a.m. We hear them occasionally, but nothing like this. They fly right over our house and are very intimidating.

Have a great weekend...and remember those who keep us safe. We are living in a very scary time.

Enjoy the day,
