Frozen here.

The girls and I wanted to let you know we are still around, but have not been able to do much blogging lately.

Diagnosis...frozen shoulder. It is very stiff and very painful.

I need to really slow things down. So...easy on the computer for now. I'll be visiting, but not always saying hello by way of comment.

I'll be back with my September window.

It's on the way...lovely autumn.

Have a great week!

Enjoy the day,
Robyn

  14. I recommend that you see an Orthopedic specialist.. I fell on some ice many years ago and tore my rotator cuff. My doctor said that if I didn't have surgery my shoulder would freeze..
I know it's very painful. Am sorry you're having this discomfort.. Love your blog !

  16. Hi Robyn,
Oh no! I had a frozen shoulder in 2008 and OUCH! mine hurt terribly. It was very hard to dress, sleep, etc. Are you having physical therapy for it? It was a slow process for me but a successful one.
Thinking of you, hoping you get relief very soon!
