...a Virginia Gentleman

This dapper gentleman addressed the Florida Bar Board of Governors while we were in Philadelphia last week. He talked about his thoughts while writing the Declaration of Independence in that very  city. He was a big hit!

Poor fellow was accosted by a few of the wives after leaving the meeting.

Annie told him her mom was born in Virginia, too.

I wanted to bring him home, but there wasn't room in the car.

Enjoy the day,
Robyn

  1. Hi Robyn,
Such a sweet picture of you with Thomas!! I don't think he minded! I love Philly and all the history there, as well as VA! So fortunate to be able to have lived in both states. Even got to visit Monticello! Annie is proud of her mama!
Happy you had a lovely time!
    Warm Hugs~

  3. He looks like a perfect gentleman posing with you and sweet Annie.
A perfect reminder of being in your birth state of Virginia.

My daughter Nicole just visited Virginia from Glasgow Scotland in September and was giving a presentation at a University on Pilgrimage in Santiago de Compostela

November is almost knocking at our door already.
    Have a good week.
    Hugs,
