January Kitchen Window

Ahhh...January...the month to reduce clutter...and waistlines. As is my custom for January, my Kitchen Window is simple...lean...and calming. After all the color of the holidays, neutral is necessary!

Just the usuals...and a little green ivy in my favorite basket...a couple pieces of stone fruit.

A Kolene Speicher print with a fierce feline hangs on the window.

I hung my smaller baskets on the old tool rack over the sink.

A simple window for the beginning of a new year...and always, always a little something growing.

A wee bit of progress on Thistle Down Moon. I'm playing with the thistle. Lilac is a real stretch for me. I like the more muted, but don't think I have enough. Time will tell.

Enjoy the day,
Robyn

P.S. I had an inquiry about the objects hanging from my mantle...they are iron "keyhole" spatulas from the 1800's...used to remove things from the oven.
