Closing in...

A few more rows of the teal outline...

...several rows of black outer border...

I'm closing in on a finish to Antique Lion.

At this point, this rug is heavy and not easy to maneuver.

I promise...the next time you see this charming fellow he will be hanging on the wall!

Enjoy the day,
Robyn

Your rug is simply wonderful! It will be a fabulous rug to display. Thank you for showing us your progress. You are almost there! Don't you just love how soft our rugs become after we steam them? Have a great day. Hugs, Lori

  5. Wow, your king of the jungle sure commands attention right now and just think how much more attention he'll command once finished and hug in a prominent place on your wall. You did a great job and it will look perfect hanging on the wall. You must be so pleased on how he turned out.

    Have a great week.
    Hugs,

  11. What a fabulous rug. You are so close to a finish. Do you do the binding yourself on the edges. I have not done much hooking. I took a class once but it was very fine work with the five color shading. It didn't take.
I hope that you are having a good week!
    Hugs!
